As a result of expansion and organic growth, we are seeking to recruit a consultant to join our busy Jersey team. You will be providing professional recruitment services to our clients in Jersey and be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of clients. The main requirement will be dealing with job seekers looking for their next or new career move in the island. We cater for jobs in trust, fiduciary and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, fintech, e-commerce and many more.
Excellent verbal and written communication and networking and organisational skills are required. A positive energy and team spirit and you enjoy working under pressure and enjoy the buzz of a sales environment.
The role is sales driven, so applicants must be confident and self assured to deal with new and existing clients and candidates.
