Payroll and HR Manager, GlobalSpecialising in Payroll Services

Suzy is a qualified HR and payroll practitioner and has specialised in this industry for a number of years. Originally from Armenia but lived in Canada before moving to Guernsey many years ago.

She has worked within the offshore employment service sector, aimed at the shipping, oil and gas, super yacht and more recently aviation industry. She has been responsible for Payroll and HR functions for a number of companies, including new business and development, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. To ensure full service, she keeps up to date with new legislation and regulation in a number of jurisdictions.

• Runs payroll for a number of clients with some totaling over 7,000 employees

• Guidance on employee relations; leading investigation and disciplinary processes

• Consultation with review and revise HR policies including employee handbooks and contracts of employment

• Leading the interview and selection process, locally and globally
