​Based in Switzerland and originally from Guernsey, Gina is the CEO and founder of AP Executive, the executive search division of AP Group. Under her leadership, AP Executive has emerged as one of the leading independently owned recruitment consultancies in the world with offices in nine jurisdictions. She is a seasoned executive recruiter, strategic advisor and talent acquisition specialist with over 30 years of experience in HR/recruitment consultancy in the international financial market. Her early success included being named the first female president of the Young Businessmen's Group for the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce. Gina is also a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Practitioners and a professionally qualified recruiter with extensive network of influential connections globally.

Leading AP Groups global offices, she primarily focuses on executive and senior-board level recruitment for the AP Executive division of AP Group. Recruiting and business developing for the Swiss and global wealth management sectors, whilst promoting the AP Group brand internationally through client relationships and business partnerships. She founded AP Group in 1990 in the guise of Approved Personnel, and since then, the company has developed organically with four specialist award winning divisions, namely AP Executive, AP Personnel, AP Technical and AP GlobalEnergy.
