Update - 16 March 2020:

As a group we have so far adopted the following preventative measures:

Working Remotely – we are closely monitoring the advice and recommendations of global and local organisations/governments and should the need arise our staff will have the ability to work remotely ensuring our client and candidate services will continue to be supported as best as possible.

Office Opening – we will strive to keep our offices open during normal business hours. Should we need to close an office, we will inform you in due course. However all visits are now by appointment only. We have preventative measures in our offices in the form of hand sanitisers, hand washing facilities and our offices are professionally cleaned daily.

Business Travel and Meetings – we have stopped all non-essential business travel and client meetings. Any client meetings which have been cancelled will be resumed and re-organised following full consultation with our clients.

Job Interviews – we encourage all clients and candidates to conduct interviews via audio or video calls. This will not only reduce the risks of exposure and transition, but will ensure continuity of business as usual wherever possible.

Candidate Registrations – we already receive a large majority of applications via our websites, job boards or directly to our consultants, either by phone or email. For the next two weeks minimum, we are encouraging all communications via audio/video calls and trust this will not affect our services. We will review the situation again at the end of the two weeks.

Updates

We are following the COVID-19 updates on a day-to-day basis and any further information will be circulated via email and published on our website (AP Group).

Our number one priority is the safety of our staff, clients and candidates.

We continue to be able to service clients and candidates in a timely manner and we believe that the preventive measures adopted will ensure that our clients and candidates will continue to be serviced in the correct and safest manner.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your usual AP Group contact person.
