Recruitment Consultant – Jersey
We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Jersey team.

You will be providing professional recruitment services to our clients in Jersey and be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of clients. The main requirement of the role will be dealing with a range of clients, who are HR professionals and senior management, who require staff for junior up to mid-management level vacancies. You will also be dealing with job seekers looking for their next or new career in the island. We cater for jobs in trust and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, e-commerce and many more.
Forming an important part of our international AP Group network, this is a pro-active, relationship-driven role that requires a high degree of motivation, customer service/sales skills as well as the following:
Previous recruitment experience is preferred. The role is sales driven one so applicants must have the desire and be self motivated to reach regular financial and non financial targets. A competitive salary, uncapped commission scheme and private medical cover are being offered.
