This makes the role of HR Manager for the Cyprus and Geneva offices, one that calls for an exceptional professional. You will need to be an HR generalist who is either CPP or part/CIPD qualified and who has a proven track record in this field. The role will be varied and challenging and you will work closely with the management team to deliver the organisation’s human resources strategy for your defined area of responsibility and to ensure that AP Group’s staffing levels are maintained and increased by recruiting on behalf of our line managers and senior directors. You will co-ordinate all administration activity in the department, oversee training and development programmes and develop and maintain policies and procedures. You will also contribute to and participate in the group-wide team focused on maintaining our IIP (Investors in People) status.

You should be an excellent communicator, a confident manager and have the ability to relate to people at all levels, from junior employees to directors.
