Accountant – Jersey, short term contract - Jersey

In Jersey, where our finance department is based, we require a part or fully qualified accountant for a short term contract period. The successful applicant should have good problem solving skills and be thoroughly competent in Excel and have a good understanding of accounting software generally. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be useful.

 

Reporting to the Group Accountant the role will involve bank reconciliations, creditors ledger, maintenance and control of balance sheet accounts plus other routine accounting tasks. There will be great scope for project work and assisting the group accountant in providing key management information to the business divisions.
